We are taking the Covid-19 crisis very seriously and are trying to strike an appropriate balance between keeping our business operational for our customers while protecting the health and safety of our employees, contractors, vendors and community. We are reassessing this quickly evolving crisis constantly and circumstances may change at any moment.
The vast majority of our staff are now working remotely from their homes to provide you with sales advice and technical support and we anticipate being able to continue to do so throughout this crisis. We already had the infrastructure in place to support this before the Covid-19 crisis as most of our employees already telecommuted a few days per week.
[ Update March 31: Under new directives from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we will be able to continue our physical operations on a more limited basis. Out of an abundance of caution, we are limiting office staff to just one or two individuals and not necessarily daily. We will be able to ship and repair products, but there may be delays. Please let our sales staff know if you have any special needs or delivery deadlines. We will make our best efforts to accommodate them. ]
