Can the SMART System communicate with SCADA systems?

Yes. The SMART System can communicate with other SCADA systems via the following protocols:

  • OPC UA

  • Modbus Serial

  • Modbus TCP

The SMART System can communicate as a Modbus Slave using either its serial port or Ethernet port. The SMART System can also act as an OPC UA Server and communicate securely with your OPC UA Client over Ethernet.
