How Compatibility is Determined
Compatibility is determined by internal testing and customer feedback. If a device is not listed, it may still work, but we have not tested it or received positive feedback about the device. This list is updated twice a year, so there will always be new devices that are compatible but not yet listed.
As devices become older, they may have increased difficulty running EMT 2 with newer versions of the app or operating system, so we reserve the right to remove devices from the compatibility list.
