Today, on International Bioacoustics Day, we're excited to announce a unique new forum created for and inspired by our Kaleidoscope Cluster Analysis users. We've been hearing at all the conferences we go to that our customers would love to get connected to others doing similar research.
True to our motto, we listened and we've created a user group on Facebook called Kaleidoscope Connect, a place for Kaleidoscope Cluster Analysis users to share settings theyâve used to build recognizers, advise on software workflows, get research design inspiration, ask questions, and more.
Maybe you learned the best settings for clustering calls to look for a spotted owl. Maybe that elusive frog just showed up early this season and you've got fresh recordings to sift through. Whatever your research is, share your experiences, wins, and failures.
Wildlife Acoustics staff will be watching the group to chime in and provide insights or tips from time to time, but this will mainly be a user-driven community. We encourage you to introduce yourself as soon as you join and share the what, where, and why of your research. The power of this group will be the engagement of its members.
What are you waiting for? Get connected!
